Location: Colebrook, New Hampshire

Contract Length

• 18 weeks (March 2, 2026 - July 2, 2026)

Job Description

• Provide physical therapy services primarily in a hospital-based outpatient clinic
• Occasional coverage for inpatient overflow including observation, acute care, and skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of current Physical Therapy experience (required)
• Outpatient experience (required)
• Inpatient experience (highly preferred)
• No new graduates

Certifications & Documentation Required

• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• Current and valid physical therapy license(s)
• Physical Therapy skills checklist
• One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment
• Permanent address included in submission file

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
