Job Description

• Interpret medical care plans and assess patients' clinical needs.
• Provide safe, competent, and individualized nursing care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
• Record medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify treatment plans based on patient responses and conditions.

Required Certifications and Credentials

• Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 1 year, updated if >6 month break
• Criminal background checks including CORI, SSN Trace, National Sex Offender Check, and Exclusion Checks (all must be current and compliant)
• Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation (if fit test required)

Additional Preferred/Optional Credentials

• Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity proof (strongly preferred)
• Tdap vaccination within 10 years (preferred)
• Positive PPD with negative chest x-ray documentation (if applicable)
