Job Opportunity: Sonographer (Echo)

Location: Sioux City, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Position for a cardiovascular sonographer with vascular experience.
The traveler will be part of an interdisciplinary team, contributing professional and clinical knowledge in patient care.
May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC.
Orientation sessions available regularly (dates provided but not listed here).

Requirements

Specialty: Sonographer (Echo) with vascular experience.
Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of previous experience required.
Certifications:
- ARDMS
- BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support)
- CCI - RCIS
- RDCS
Licensing:
- Iowa state license required; Compact license allowed.
BLS certification required.
Prior travel experience: Not required; first-time travelers are welcome.

Additional Information

Overtime and holiday pay multipliers apply.
Call back and on-call pay available.
Billable overtime hours defined (36-40 hrs/week with OT after 40 hrs).
Charge/precept pay available.

This position is suitable for sonographers with cardiovascular and vascular experience looking for a temporary assignment in Iowa.
