  • Hepatitis B - positive titer, series of 3, or declination; booster or declination post titer acceptable
  • Varicella - positive titer or 2 vaccines; booster if negative/equivocal
  • Drug Testing - Negative 10 Panel Drug Screen with THC within 10 business days prior to start; no pending results allowed
  • Flu Seasonal Vaccination or exemption (for 2025-26 season)
