Job Details

• Shift: 4x10 hour shifts (Options: 07:00-17:30, 08:00-18:30, or 07:30-18:00) with a day off to be determined. Shift time assigned upon offer.
• On Call: Required.
• Float Requirement: Potential to float between multiple nearby campuses as needed (Florence, Edgewood, Fort Thomas). Floating is infrequent and based on staffing needs.
• Charting System: EPIC experience required.
• Certifications Required:

  • ARRT
  • BLS
  • Kentucky Radiology License (KBMIRT) can be pending upon submission.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology Tech experience.
• Prior travel experience is highly preferred but not required.

• PICC line placement
• Port-a-cath procedures
• Vertebroplasty
• GI bleed interventions
• Embolization
• Biliary tube exchange
• Nephrostomy
• IVUS (Intravascular Ultrasound)
• Fistulagram
• Transjugular biopsy
• IVC filter removal
• Thrombectomy for neuro cases

Health & Safety Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered).
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered).
• Tattoos/piercings: No nose rings or gauged earrings allowed.
• Nails: Must be natural and less than 1/4" in length; polish is acceptable.

• No cafeteria on-site; refrigerator and microwave provided.

• Scrubs/apparel must not have any agency or brand logos. This is strictly enforced.

Required Documentation & Compliance

• Proof of I9 or attestation.
• Government-issued photo ID carried during hours of service.
• Background checks including 7-year criminal check, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG.
• Education verification and transcript/diploma as applicable.
• Various certifications depending on role (e.g., ACLS, BLS).
• Physical exam within 12 months, updated annually.
• Fit mask test within 12 months, updated annually.
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start.
• Immunizations and titers for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, varicella, tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap.
• References: Two clinical references within 2 years required.

This position is ideal for Interventional Radiology Technologists with solid procedural experience and EPIC charting skills, looking for a travel contract opportunity in Kentucky. Prior travel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
