Job Description

• Seeking a Multi-Modality MRI Tech with CT and X-Ray Registries as well as MRI experience.
• Equipment includes GE 360 1.5 T MRI, GE 660 128 slice CT, and GE and Shimadzu portable units.
• CT Tech Texas License required (turnaround time is 4 months without license in hand).
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, may rotate between evenings and days as needed.
• Local rate within 90 miles.

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• I9 or Attestation required.
• Valid government-issued photo ID (passport acceptable).
• Background checks including 7-year criminal history, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG within 30 days of start.
• Physical exam within 12 months of start.
• Drug testing: 10-panel within 30 days of start (no rapid screens).
• Negative TB test (TSpot or QGold) within 12 months; annual updates required.
• Immunizations/vaccinations: Tdap, Hepatitis B (series or declination), MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), Varicella, Flu vaccination or approved exemption.
• Fit mask test completed onsite during orientation or prior with approved mask.
• Photo for badge required (passport style).
• Medication and Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exams may not apply but verify if required for this role.

• Candidates must sign facility-specific job description and other compliance forms prior to start.
• Two professional references within 3 years required.
• May be required to complete facility-specific security and exemption forms.

This position is ideal for MRI Technologists with CT and X-Ray registry credentials who hold a Texas CT Tech license or are in the process of obtaining one, and who are comfortable working in a travel/contract role with a 13-week assignment in Southlake, TX.
