Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist (PT) - Temp, Inpatient (Days)
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
Seeking a Physical Therapist for an inpatient position at a Level I Trauma Center in Phoenix, AZ. The facility is a nationally recognized academic medical center known for advanced specialty care including orthopedics and rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 24 months of current acute care Physical Therapy experience
- Active Arizona PT state board license
- American Heart Association BLS certification (or equivalent)
- Flu vaccination (declinations accepted with proper documentation)
- Valid Driver’s License (non-Arizona licenses only; candidates with an Arizona driver’s license will not be considered)
- Clean license verification with no hits at time of submission
- Completion of required learning modules prior to assignment start
- Skills checklist specific to Physical Therapy discipline
- Resume detailing all facilities worked, including facility size, bed count, trauma level, and units
Additional Requirements & Notes
- Return to Office (RTO) requests must be less than 7 days and cannot be approved during the first week of assignment or holidays
- Background checks must meet specific compliance requirements
- Candidates must be ready to start on or very soon after the order start date
- All shifts, departments, and locations the candidate is willing to work must be clearly indicated in submission
- Prior travel experience is preferred but not required
