Job Opportunity: RN IR/EP (EP Lab Nurse)

Location: Langhorne, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• No on-call or weekend shifts required.
• Occasional late cases requiring staff to stay until completion.
• Procedures performed include PFA, pacemakers, TEE, Cardioversions, ICDs, laser lead extraction, Watchman device, etc.
• Epic electronic health record experience preferred.

Required Qualifications

Licensure

• Valid RN license for Pennsylvania.

Experience

• Specialty: RN IR/EP
• Required years of experience: Not explicitly stated, assume minimum 1+ year in specialty (default to higher if conflicting data present).

Certifications

• BLS (American Heart Association) – current certification required.
• ACLS (American Heart Association) – current certification required.

Immunizations & Health Requirements

• MMR vaccination proof or primary source IgG titer.
• Hepatitis B vaccination series (no titers accepted).
• Influenza vaccine for current and upcoming flu seasons or approved declination/exemption (declination not accepted for CA or IL).
• Varicella vaccination proof or primary source IgG titer.
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test.
• Physical/Health Statement dated within the last year confirming fitness to work.

Drug Screening

• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days of start (includes cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, and others; NO THC).

Background & Professional Checks

• Federal, nationwide, and county criminal background checks from the last 7 years, including SSN verification.
• Education verification (highest level of academic education).
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check.
• OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check.
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check.
• PA Child Abuse Clearance and Pennsylvania Access to Criminal History (PATCH) within 30 days of start.
• Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form.
• Trinity Confidentiality of Patient & Proprietary Information and Information System Security Agreement.
• Trinity Code of Conduct Form.
• Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form.

Testing & Competency

• Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing completed within the last year.
• Trinity Joint Commission Testing (CORE Exam) within the last year.
• Trinity Skills Checklist (provided by agency).
• Trinity System Access Form completed one week before start.
• License/Certificate Verification within 30 days of start (state verification required).
• Fit Test (respiratory protection) required.
• Trinity Color Vision test.
• Trinity Fingerprinting (state and department specific).
