Job Description

• Participate in a formal orientation program including hands-on training and simulation sessions.
• Deliver patient care under supervision, following established protocols.
• Engage in simulation training to develop clinical and decision-making skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report significant changes.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, post-treatment care, and prevention.
• Assist with procedures and management of medical equipment as needed.
• Accurately document patient care activities in electronic medical records.
• Reflect on practice and receive feedback to enhance professional growth.
• Attend workshops, seminars, and other educational opportunities for professional development.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with legal and ethical nursing standards.
• Respond empathetically to patient requests and concerns.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop leadership and teamwork skills while gaining exposure to different nursing roles and specialties.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• New graduates are welcome and training is provided.
