Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) in Phoenix, AZ. This role requires a minimum of 24 months of current CVOR experience. The position involves working day shifts in a full-service medical campus with a focus on heart care and surgical services.

Required Qualifications

Active Arizona or Compact RN license
Minimum 24 months of current Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) experience
American Heart Association certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
Flu vaccination (declinations accepted with proper documentation)
Valid Driver’s License
Clean nursing license with no hits on Nursys at time of submission
Completion of required learning modules prior to assignment start
Ability to comply with specific background and compliance requirements

Additional Information

Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver’s license will not be considered
Return to Office (RTO) requests will not be approved within the first week or on holidays and cannot exceed 7 days
Travel experience is preferred but not required
Must provide a detailed resume including all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units worked
Skills checklist specific to Operating Room discipline required
Assignment terms include a 7-day cancellation notice without penalty
