Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Description

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) in Phoenix, AZ. This role requires a minimum of 24 months of current CVOR experience. The position involves working day shifts in a full-service medical campus with a focus on heart care and surgical services.


Required Qualifications

  • Active Arizona or Compact RN license
  • Minimum 24 months of current Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) experience
  • American Heart Association certifications:
    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
    • BLS (Basic Life Support)
    • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • Flu vaccination (declinations accepted with proper documentation)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Clean nursing license with no hits on Nursys at time of submission
  • Completion of required learning modules prior to assignment start
  • Ability to comply with specific background and compliance requirements

Additional Information

  • Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver’s license will not be considered
  • Return to Office (RTO) requests will not be approved within the first week or on holidays and cannot exceed 7 days
  • Travel experience is preferred but not required
  • Must provide a detailed resume including all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units worked
  • Skills checklist specific to Operating Room discipline required
  • Assignment terms include a 7-day cancellation notice without penalty
