Location: Bullhead City, Arizona

Job Description

• Perform routine and specialized moderate and high complexity laboratory tests on blood and body fluid specimens under minimal supervision.
• Ensure accurate and reliable test results by adhering to quality control protocols and maintaining laboratory instruments.
• Support patient care by completing tests efficiently, troubleshooting equipment, and assisting in data collection for regulatory compliance.
• May include teaching new employees and students and performing phlebotomy duties as needed.
• General Core Lab duties in Hematology, Chemistry, Blood Bank, Urinalysis, and Serology.
• No floating required.
• EMR system: MedHost - LIS.
• Shift: 4/10's Afternoon (1400-0030) on Sat-Sun-Mon-Tue.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Technologist (higher of 5 years stated vs 2 years elsewhere).
• Required Certifications: ASCP, AMT, or NACCLS.
• Preferred experience in a hospital setting.

Additional Information

• Option for 48-hour guarantee.
• Option for block schedule.
