Job Opportunity: Medical Technologist - Lab

Location: Bullhead City, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 4/10's Days (07:00 AM - 05:00 PM), Friday through Monday

Job Description

• Perform routine and specialized moderate and high complexity laboratory tests on blood and body fluid specimens with minimal supervision.
• Ensure accurate and reliable test results by following quality control protocols and maintaining laboratory instruments.
• Support patient care by completing tests efficiently, troubleshooting equipment, and assisting in data collection for regulatory compliance.
• May include teaching new employees and students.
• Perform phlebotomy duties as needed.
• General core lab duties in Hematology, Chemistry, Blood Bank, Urinalysis, and Serology.
• No floating required.
• EMR system used: MedHost - LIS.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Technologist.
• Certifications required: ASCP, AMT, or NACCLS.
• Preferred experience in a hospital setting.
