Description

Job Opportunity: Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer - Radiology

Location: Portland, Maine
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 26 weeks (approximately 6 months)

Job Description

Provide overnight ultrasound services for Emergency Department (ED) and inpatient units.
Coverage is staffed by one sonographer per shift.
Work schedule: 36 hours per week, 9-hour shifts, working 8 shifts on and 6 shifts off.
Experience in both adult and pediatric imaging preferred.

Required Qualifications

ARDMS registration required.
Registered in AB (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Sonography) preferred; RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer.

Additional Information

This is an overnight position.
Must have a new replacement identified prior to the end of the current contract for onboarding purposes.
