Location: St. Petersburg, Florida
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for providing patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. This role requires critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care. The nurse will maintain clinical competencies through continuing education, delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience, and supervise assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Required Qualifications

• License: Florida RN license or multi-state compact RN license
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years of nursing experience required (higher value used)
  • Vent/trach experience required
  • Knowledge of central lines required
  • Preferred wound care experience
• Start Date: Must be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer, on or before 3/9/26
