Job Opportunity: RN - Rehab (Travel)

Location: Chesterfield, Missouri
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Overview

• Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Specialty: Rehabilitation (Med/Surg)
• Setting: Inpatient rehabilitation hospital focused on patients recovering from strokes, brain/spinal cord injuries, amputations, trauma, cancer, complex orthopedic injuries, and other conditions.
• Patient Population: Adults (18+ years)
• Units: Stroke, Comprehensive, Medically Complex, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury (float within these 5 units)
• Shift: 6:30 AM – PM
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:6-7 during the day, 1:8 at night; each nurse has a dedicated tech
• EHR System: Epic

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Missouri
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Rehabilitation nursing specialty, including experience within the last year
• Experience working with adult patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• BLS (CPR) Certification
• Ability to float within multiple rehab units
• Must comply with facility’s influenza vaccination policy or have an approved exemption (masking required during flu season if exempt)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) credential
