Travel/Contract Registered Nurse (PACU) - Maryland

Location

City: Bel Air, Maryland

Contract Length

13 weeks

Shift / Hours

3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (07:00 - 19:30)
Night shifts, every other weekend required
Holidays required as scheduled

Specialty

Registered Nurse (PACU)

Required Experience

Minimum 2 years of RN experience
ICU/Critical Care experience preferred
First-time travelers accepted with strong ICU/Critical Care background
Prior travel experience is NOT required

License & Certifications Required

Maryland RN state license
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Job Responsibilities / Additional Info

Floating may be required within PACU specialty, ICU/critical care, and lower acuity areas, including sister hospitals as needed
Scheduled on-call shifts are not required, but may be placed on on-call status rarely during low census

Required Qualifications & Compliance

Valid RN license in Maryland
Minimum 2 years of PACU (Post Anesthesia Care) experience, including experience within the last year
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications issued by the American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
