Job Details

• Outpatient setting only
• Work schedule: 4 shifts per week, each 10 hours long
• Shifts start between 8:00 - 8:30 AM
• Shared housing provided at no cost

Contract Length

• 17 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Must meet all required professional and health credentialing, including but not limited to:

  • License/certification verification (no conditional licenses accepted)
  • Criminal background checks and CORI (Massachusetts)
  • Health screenings and immunizations:

    • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or immunity proof
    • Influenza vaccine (required during flu season)
    • TB test within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test)
    • Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 1 year
    • Other vaccinations strongly preferred: Hepatitis B, Tdap
  • Respirator fit testing (N95) within 1 year of start date
• Documentation of work experience and education required for submission
• Completion of FEMA ICS 100 training required
