Job Opportunity: RRT - Respiratory Therapy

Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit Information

• Unit: Respiratory Therapy
• Number of Beds: 741
• Equipment: Drager Ventilators, Phillips V60, Vapotherm, Metaneb
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Scheduling: 36 hours per week; every other weekend
• Dress Code: Black, Gray, or Raspberry scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Tennessee
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Completion of a competency exam for respiratory therapists

• Bronchodilator therapy
• ABG collection and analysis
• Airway clearance
• Trach care
• Ventilator management
• Intubation assist
• Patient assessment
• High flow oxygen therapy
• Patient transport
• Code blue response
