Job Opportunity: Obstetrics / L&D RN

Location: Aspen, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (may be obtained upon hire)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Provider (NRP) certification
• Fetal Heart Monitoring Intermediate (FHM) certification from the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses
• STABLE Program - STABLE Learner certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a perinatal RN

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (BSN) or Master’s (MSN) degree in Nursing
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
• Bilingual in Spanish

Additional Information

• Travelers are responsible for securing their own housing; housing costs are high, especially in winter. Nearby towns to consider include Basalt, Carbondale, and Glenwood Springs.
• Must be healthy enough to safely function in a low oxygen environment (8,000 ft elevation)
• No Return to Origin (RTO) candidates accepted
