Description

Job Opportunity: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Location: Savannah, Georgia
Specialty: Respiratory Therapist for Advanced Thoracic Oncology Center
Shift: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (no on-call requirements)
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Description

Perform various pulmonary and diagnostic procedures
Evaluate preliminary data and recommend or perform testing per department policy
Work within the Advanced Thoracic Oncology Center

Required Qualifications

Associate’s degree with specialization in Cardiopulmonary Technology, Respiratory Care, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 3 years of pulmonary function testing (PFT) administration or respiratory care experience (higher value between 2-3 years used)
Professional Respiratory Therapist license required in both Georgia and South Carolina
BLS certification required
ACLS (AHA) certification preferred
Must be willing to travel between two sites within a 100-mile radius

Orientation occurs every Monday
