Job Description

• Outpatient Dietitian role
• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
• ASAP start dates
• First-time travelers are welcome

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) license in Ohio
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field

Required Documentation & Compliance

• Proof of I9 or Attestation
• Government-issued photo ID (must be carried during hours of service)
• Criminal background check (7 years, updated annually)
• E-Verify documentation
• FBI and BCI fingerprinting within 12 months of start
• Education verification from an accredited program
• Physical exam within 12 months of start, updated annually
• Immunizations and health screenings including:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine (no declinations accepted)
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (proof of vaccination or titers, no declinations accepted)
  • Hepatitis B (titer, vaccine series, or declination)
  • Varicella (proof of vaccination or titer, no declinations accepted)
• Drug screening (9 or 10 panel) within last 12 months
• Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption (exemptions require facility forms)
• References: 2 recent clinical references within 1 year of start
• Completed employment application including 2 years prior clinical work history in acute care or similar setting
• Unit-specific competency exams and skills checklists (updated annually)
• Completion of facility onboarding and safety modules

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and other certifications as applicable or required by unit

Additional Notes

• Prior travel experience is not required for this position
• Candidates must comply with all facility-specific policies and complete required documentation prior to start
• Candidates may be pulled from the unit if mandatory training modules are not completed on time
