Job Opportunity: RN Nurse Manager

Location: East Sandwich, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)

Job Summary

Responsible and accountable for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing services. Manage all nursing operational services while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and regional regulations. Schedule flexibility required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience, including management experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Experience in management roles

Required Credentials and Compliance

• Valid RN license verification (primary source verification within 30 days of start)
• BLS certification (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted; AHA preferred)
• Criminal background checks including state and national registries
• TB testing within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test)
• Health statement signed by a licensed provider within 1 year
• Immunizations: MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) documentation or proof of immunity
• Fit testing for N95 respirator within 1 year, updated annually (no exemptions allowed)
• Hepatitis B vaccination strongly preferred
• Other health screenings and documentation as required (e.g., Tdap, positive PPD chest x-ray if applicable)
• Resume including 7 years of work experience with city and state details
• Two professional references within 4 years (at least one supervisor-level)
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year
• Background checks including CORI, SSN trace, exclusion checks, and sex offender registry

• Schedule may require flexibility to meet operational needs
