Description

Pharmacist Position in Oregon

Location: Klamath Falls, Oregon
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)

Job Details

Position: Pharmacist
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM – 7:15 PM
- Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM
Shift Length: 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week including some Saturdays
Work Locations:
- On-campus outpatient pharmacy
- Off-site location about 5 miles from hospital with drive-through
- Grocery store pharmacy about 3 miles from hospital
Scheduling: Scheduled in advance for a couple of weeks at a time at one location
Minimum contract duration preferred: 13 weeks or longer

Required Qualifications

BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
Valid Pharmacist license for Oregon

Notes

Retail pharmacy experience preferred
Ability to float between multiple pharmacy locations based on daily coverage needs
