Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Technician

Location: Mishawaka, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Weekend/on-call obligation: 4-5 nights per pay period, including 1 weekend per month
• Weekend shifts are included in the 4-5 nights of call
• Must be able to respond to call within 30 minutes
• Required certifications and licensure per ARRT standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Indiana
• ARRT certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist, including experience within the last year

Compliance and Documentation Requirements

• License/certification verification dated within 30 days of start
• Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county) within last 7 years, dated within 30 days of start
• Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma
• Various professional forms and agreements including:

  • Code of Conduct
  • Confidentiality and Information Security Agreement
  • Conflict of Interest Disclosure
  • Integrity and Audit Services Form
  • Joint Commission Testing (CORE Exam within past year)
  • EPLS, OIG, NSO, OFAC screenings dated within 30 days of start
  • System Access Form (to be completed one week before start)
• Resume, skills checklist (within one year), and two professional references required for submission

Additional Information

• Prior travel experience is not specified as required
• Must be able to meet all onboarding and credentialing requirements prior to start
• This role requires adherence to strict health, safety, and compliance standards
