Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Travel Assignment

Location: Ottumwa, Iowa
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Employment Type: Travel

Job Details

Setting: Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) and Med/Surg floor
Facility Size: 120 total beds; ARU has 13 beds
Start Date: March 16, 2026
Reason for Opening: Contractor Replacement
Number of Positions: 1
Work Schedule: Typically 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; schedule can be discussed
Floating: Required to float between Acute Rehab and Med/Surg units
Weekend Rotation: Includes Saturday shifts

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in Iowa
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience within the last year

Additional Information

Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Meditech for inpatient/ARU, Casamba for outpatient
Parking: Details provided during orientation
