Unit Information

• Department: Radiology (Nuclear Medicine)
• Staffing: 1 Full-Time, 1 PRN
• Shifts: Day shift staffed by 1 tech; night shift is on-call
• Equipment: GE Nuclear Medicine equipment, including cardiac imaging
• EMR System: MediTech
• PACS System: McKesson

• Lexi Scans
• Hida Scans
• Gastric Emptying
• Pulmonary Ventilation
• Bone Scan
• Liver Scans
• Thyroid Scans
• Renal Scans
• GI Bleed

Required Skills and Experience

• Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Texas
• Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
• CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist)
• Texas Medical Board certification
• ARRT (N) Certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Experience with GE Nuclear Medicine equipment, including cardiac imaging

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Y-90 procedures
• Experience with lymphoscintigraphy procedures

• Floating area includes X-Ray
• Dress code: Hunter Green scrubs
• Rotating on-call duties and willingness to assist with weekend shifts
