  • 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) or 40 hours per week
  • Alternative shifts considered: 2x12-hour shifts and 2x8-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 10:45 AM - 7:15 PM)
  • Plus on-call duties
• On-Call Requirements:

  • Two 24-hour calls per schedule (weekends)
  • 2 calls per Monday-Friday week (either 7 PM - 11 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM)
  • One day per week available to stay late
• Patient Ratios: Average 1:2
• Floating: Clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs
• Block Schedule: Not accommodated
• Locals: Not accepted
• Pending License: Accepted if active license obtained prior to start date
• Guaranteed Hours: Yes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CVOR Technologist, including experience within the last year
• Certifications required:

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Active state license required prior to start
• Background checks and verifications as per facility policy
• Must be able to pass required competency exams and health screenings

Compliance and Documentation Requirements

• 7-year criminal background check (updated annually)
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start
• Education verification and foreign equivalency evaluation if applicable
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Fit mask test within 12 months, updated annually
• Required immunizations and titers (Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap preferred)
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray documentation
• 10-panel drug screen within 12 months
• Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
• COVID vaccination preferred
• Multiple facility-specific training modules and attestations (e.g., Stroke Education, CLABSI Prevention, Pressure Injury Prevention, Language Services, Suicide Risk Assessment, Pyxis MedStation, Baxter Pump Training, Patient Bedside Rounding, Ventricular Assist Device Awareness, Blood Administration, New Employee Orientation, 21st Century Cures Act, ED Handbook, eCart Training, Chaperone Policy)
• References: One supervisor reference within the past year required for ICU assignments; standard references for other units
• Employment application with 7-year work history and no gaps over 90 days
• Skills checklist and work history verification within 12 months

• Weekend and on-call coverage is mandatory
• Must be willing to float within scope
• Pending licenses accepted if active before start
• RTO (Return to Office) restrictions apply for absences over 7 days
• Locals are not accepted for this travel assignment
