Radiology Technician - Weekend Night Shift

Job Details

• Weekend night shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Specialty: Radiology Technician

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiology Technician license in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of Radiology Technician experience
• Radiology Technician experience within the last year

Health and Compliance Requirements

• COVID-19 Vaccine: Proof of vaccine or approved exemption required.
• MMR: Proof of 2 vaccinations or lab IgG titer required.
• Fit Test: Required.
• Hepatitis B: Must have started vaccination series prior to start date.
• Influenza Vaccine: Proof of vaccine or approved exemption required for current flu season.
• Tuberculosis Screening: 2 Step PPD or IGRA test required; positive TB requires chest x-ray per regional guidelines.
• Varicella: Proof of vaccination or lab IgG titer required.
• Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from exam within last year confirming fitness to work.
• Drug Screen: 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start, no THC allowed.

Professional and Background Checks

• Resume and skills checklist within the last year.
• Two professional references.
• Confidentiality and security agreements must be signed.
• Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county) within last 7 years.
• Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma.
• Exclusion and sanction checks (EPLS, OIG, NSO) within 30 days of start.
• Conflict of interest disclosure and code of conduct forms signed.
• Specialty-specific competency testing within the last year.
• System access form completed one week before start.

Additional Notes

• Agency will provide a skills checklist for clinical contractors.
• All documentation must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to or at onboarding.
