Registered Nurse - Patient Care Unit (Nights)

Location: Aspen, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Overview

The Registered Nurse provides nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team in the Patient Care Unit. Must be competent to provide care as the primary nurse in a rural Critical Access Hospital setting.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), including at least 2 years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience within the last year
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

Additional Information

Must be healthy enough to safely function in a low oxygen environment (approximately 8,000 ft elevation)
Not accepting any Return to Office (RTO) requests
Travelers are responsible for securing their own housing; housing costs are high in the area, especially in winter.
