Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Employment Type: Travel/Contract

Job Description

Seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide safe, age-appropriate patient care and serve as an advisor and resource for patients and families. The role requires proficiency in surgical services including trauma, ENT, colorectal, plastics, neurosurgery, surgical oncology, oral/dental, laparoscopic procedures, urology, ophthalmology, gynecology, general surgery, orthopedic, robotics, vascular, thoracic, and more.

Work hours are approximately 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 1 year of experience in ENT Surgery, with recent experience within the last year
Experience in Colo-Rectal Surgery
Experience in Plastic Surgery
Experience in Neurosurgery
Experience in Surgical Oncology
Experience in Ophthalmology
Experience in OB/GYN
Experience in Orthopedics
Experience in Urology
Experience in Vascular Surgery
Experience in Thoracic Surgery
ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
PALS certification issued by the American Heart Association
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
