Job Opportunity: Ambulatory Surgery Technician

Location: Corvallis, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

The Ambulatory Surgery Center provides preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care to surgical and procedural sedation patients. Patient population includes pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and elderly. The role involves working with various provider specialties caring for outpatient surgery patients.

Required Qualifications

Surgical Technologist with at least 2 years of experience.
Surgical Technologist experience within the last year.
Certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
Completion of a surgical technologist training program within the U.S. Armed Forces or U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps.
Experience working in an outpatient setting.
Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
