Job Details

• Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No weekend shifts required
• No floating or on-call duties
• Scrub color: Ceil Blue
• 1 year of experience required in specialty
• ARDMS OB/GYN certification required
• RTO (Return to Office) required upon submission
• First-time travelers accepted

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography within the last year
• Valid license as an Ultrasound Technologist (per specialty)
• ARDMS OB/GYN certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (as applicable)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification (if applicable)
• Pass/Fail Basic Dysrhythmia Exam during orientation
• Medication/Pharmacology competency exam as applicable
• Physical exam within 2 months of start
• Fit test within 12 months of start (3M 1870+ model required)
• Current Tdap vaccine or titer
• Negative TB test (Qgold or TSPOT within 90 days) or chest X-ray if positive
• Required immunizations or titers: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
• 10-panel drug screen within 60 days prior to start
• Flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
• COVID-19 vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption required; N95/K95 or double masking required if exempt; booster preferred but not required

Background and Verification Requirements

• 7-year criminal background check within 90 days of start, updated annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required upon hire
• Education verification or official transcript
• Work history verification (minimum 1 year prior to start, with limited gaps allowed)
• Professional references (2 within 2 years)
• State-specific child abuse search and fingerprinting if applicable (for candidates working in PA or with minors)

Orientation and Facility Requirements

• Completion of assigned education modules (~6 hours) prior to orientation
• Signed acknowledgment of safety manual and pass/fail testing requirements
• Facility-specific first day instructions provided

Additional Notes

• No prior travel experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• No weekend, floating, or on-call shifts
• Fit testing is not available onsite and must be completed prior to start
• Candidates who fail fit testing may be subject to contract cancellation
• Facility does not provide PAPRs
