Minimum Requirements:

• Current Pharmacist state license for Texas required.
• Active Pharmacist licensure in any additional states held must be disclosed.
• Minimum 6 months of pharmacist experience preferred; recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience with automated dispensing cabinets (ADC) and IV admixture preparation preferred.
• Familiarity with hospital pharmacy information systems and electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to work rotating schedules and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Hospital.
• Shift: Nights.
• Shift hours: 2030-0700.
• Schedule pattern: 7 days on, 7 days off; Wednesday overnight to Tuesday overnight.
