We are hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position in Ogden, UT at a hospital. You will use clinical expertise to ensure safe and accurate medication distribution for patients across a range of care areas. Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist license for Utah required.
• Experience with Pyxis and CIISafe required.
• Experience with VigiLanz required.
• Experience managing pharmacy technicians required. Candidate will be working alone with a technician for approximately half of the shift.
• Familiarity with Meditech, DoseEdge, RXMS, or similar documentation systems preferred.
• BLS/ALS preferred but not required.
• 6 months pharmacy experience preferred. Clinical experience in inpatient settings (ICU, NICU, ED, OR, behavioral health, or trauma) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consult services such as warfarin, vancomycin, TPN, and insulin management preferred.
• Prior experience in a level II trauma center or multi-ED environment preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 12:30–23:00.
• Shift pattern: 7 on, 7 off (consecutive days).
• Typical shift length: 10-hour shift with approximately 5.5 hours working alone with a technician.
• Documentation and systems used: Meditech, DoseEdge, RXMS, BD Pyxis, VigiLanz.
