Description

We're hiring a licensed pharmacist to act as an Interim Director of Pharmacy for a contract position where you’ll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Responsibilities will be primarily staffing, verifying medication orders, dispensing medications, including controlled substances, managing Pyxis/automated dispensing cabinet systems, and ensuring regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, CMS, state board of pharmacy). Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have State License to Apply
  • Indiana pharmacist licensure required in good standing
  • 2 years Pharmacist experience preferred
  • Inpatient & Leadership experience
