We're hiring a licensed pharmacist to act as an Interim DOP for a contract position where you’ll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Minimum Requirements:

• Must have Ohio Pharmacist licensure
• Inpatient experience required
• Experience with IV and 340B required
• 2 years Pharmacist experience preferred

Assignment Details:

• Facility Type: Hospital
• Shift: Days
• Shift Details: Monday-Friday 7:30am-6pm, Saturday 8am-4:30pm
• Weekend coverage needed: starting 3/28 - every 4th weekend rotation plus on-call starting Fridays 6pm until Mondays 7:30am
• Candidate may be required to float to other facilities
