Minimum Requirements:

• Current, active Pharmacist license in Kentucky or compact state authorization that allows practice in Kentucky. Facility will verify state licensure prior to start.
• Minimum 6 months of recent pharmacy experience required; inpatient hospital experience preferred.
• Experience processing medication orders, verifying dosing and interactions, and performing clinical reviews for adult and geriatric populations.
• Familiarity with hospital pharmacy systems and automated dispensing cabinets (e.g., Pyxis or Omnicell) preferred.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass facility background checks and health screenings as required by the employer.

• Facility Type: Hospital, acute care (100-bed, Joint Commission accredited).
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1400.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
