Minimum Requirements:

• Active State Pharmacist license required to practice in KY.
• Minimum 6 months of pharmacist experience preferred.
• Experience with hospital pharmacy operations preferred, including medication dispensing, IV admixture, and sterile/compound medication procedures.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and pharmacy information systems preferred.
• Ability to complete required facility orientation. Orientation sessions occur on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an acute care or community hospital setting.
• Experience with medication reconciliation and clinical pharmacy interventions.
• Completion of residency or advanced training preferred but not required.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:00–14:00.
• Shift occurs on Days.
• Orientation conducted at the facility as noted.
