Description
We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you’ll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Minimum Requirements:
- Current Pharmacist license in the State of Oklahoma required.
- Experience with hospital pharmacy operations required, including sterile and non-sterile compounding, unit dose dispensing, and inventory control.
- Experience with controlled substance handling and documentation required.
- Experience performing medication reconciliation and discharge counseling required.
- Clinical experience with antimicrobial stewardship, interpretation of culture results, and management of common infections (UTI, pneumonia, SSTI) required.
- Experience with pharmacokinetic dosing management and anticoagulation monitoring required.
- EPIC experience required.
- Ability to follow Federal and State pharmacy laws, facility policies, and participate in quality assurance activities required.
- Minimum 6 months of pharmacist experience preferred.
- Prior experience training or mentoring pharmacy staff preferred.

- Facility Type: Hospital.
- Shift: Day (5x8).
- Duration: 13 Week assignment.
- Must comply with facility appearance, attendance, and punctuality standards.
- May be required to float to other facilities as needed.
