Minimum Requirements:

• Current Michigan pharmacist license in good standing required.
• Experience as a Director of Pharmacy or Pharmacy-in-Charge preferred.
• Experience with order verification and inventory maintenance required.
• Experience in behavioral health pharmacy practice preferred.
• Experience with HCS order entry system preferred.
• Experience with Omnicell automation preferred.
• Ability to work without on-site pharmacy technician support.
• Completion of required pre-employment credentials prior to start, including background check with education verification and OIG, drug screen, copy of license, TB blood draw result, position-specific competency assessment, signed orientation packet, HIPAA training, and signed CPS Code of Conduct attestation.
• Minimum of 6 months pharmacist experience preferred.

Assignment Details:

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Position: Director of Pharmacy plus Pharmacy-in-Charge responsibilities.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.
• Weekend Requirement: Saturdays (remote) 9:00 AM–11:00 AM.
• Staff Size: Director-level role overseeing pharmacy operations.
• Site Specialty Areas: Behavioral Health.
• Order Entry System: HCS (experience preferred).
• Site Automation: Omnicell (experience preferred).
