Description
We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position in York, PA at a hospital where you will use clinical expertise to ensure the safe distribution and preparation of medications, including hazardous and non-hazardous compounding. Minimum Requirements:
- Active PA Pharmacist license required. Candidates may be considered if license is pending provided application for PA license is submitted at time of submission. All pharmacists working in PA must have state license by 6/28/26.
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacist experience.
- Experience with EPIC Beacon required.
- IV preparation and hazardous and non-hazardous medication compounding experience required.
- Inpatient or outpatient oncology experience required.
- Ability to meet return-to-office requirement of maximum 7 days.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional inpatient pharmacy experience beyond minimum.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 06:00 - 14:00.
- Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
- Work schedule includes every 3rd or 4th Saturday (8:00 - 16:30).
- Holidays as needed.
- May float to a nearby hospital campus approximately 2 miles away.
