Minimum Requirements:

• Active Pharmacist state license for Indiana required to apply.
• Hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Previous experience with Epic EMR preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months pharmacist experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in varied shift environments, including evenings and day shift coverage.
• Experience working in acute care hospital settings.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours include evening shifts 13:00–23:30, with some shifts 13:00–23:30 or 13:00–23:30 variants to meet scheduling needs.
• Some shifts may be 10-hour or 11-hour evening shifts as required to meet total scheduled hours.
• Additional day shifts may start between 06:00 and 08:30.
• Weekend rotation: every other weekend on day shift.
• Must be able to work varied shifts as scheduled.
