We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you’ll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out to walk you through next steps.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have State License to Apply
• 2 Years Hospital Inpatient experience required
• Sterile compounding experience preferred
• Antimicrobial stewardship and Med Rec experience preferred

Assignment Details:

• Rotating day and evening schedule
• Every other weekend required
• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, appropriate dosing, allergies, interactions, contraindications, and therapeutic effectiveness.
• Provide clinical recommendations regarding medication selection, dosing, monitoring, and adjustments
• Prepare, verify, and oversee sterile and non-sterile medication compounding as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with controlled-substance regulations, medication storage requirements, and hospital pharmacy policies.
