Hospital Staff Pharmacist

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Hospital Staff Pharmacist to join our team. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Shift and Hours

Work Schedule: 4x10
Shift Options:
- 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

Provide pharmaceutical care to patients in the hospital setting.
Collaborate with healthcare staff to optimize patient medication therapy.
Review and interpret physician orders for medication accuracy.
Monitor patient outcomes and adjust medication therapies as applicable.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of general pharmacy experience required.
At least 1 year of experience in a hospital environment preferred.
Valid Tennessee Pharmacy License is required.
Willingness to work weekends as needed.
