Minimum Requirements:

• Active WI pharmacist license required
• Inpatient experience required, 2+ Years Preferred

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday Day Shift
• 40 hours per week.
• On-call required.

• Staff pharmacist and pharmacist in charge responsibilities, including audits and restocking.
• Experience with Epic order entry system required
• Experience with Omnicell automation required
