Minimum Requirements:

• Must have VA State License to Apply
• 2+ Years Inpatient Experience Required

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0700-1530
• Advanced skills needed: Vancomycin AUC dosing experience, Aminoglycoside dosing, Renal dosing, warfarin, enoxaparin, electrolyte protocols, heparin, DOAC
• Procedures performed on unit: IV verification, Medication verification, IV compounding as needed
• Will experience complex patients - Trauma/Burn/Critical care, peds, cardiac surgery, ECMO
