Minimum Requirements:

• Must have State License to Apply
• 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
• 6 months current Pharmacist experience
• Inpatient pharmacist experience with adult patients

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 2100-0700
• Shift days: Wednesday through Wednesday
