• 2+ years of hospital pharmacist experience
• Familiarity with Epic
• VA & WV State License

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 9:00p – 7:00a
• Schedule: 7 on, 7 off structure
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirements: Only required if they fall during orientation
• On-Call Requirements: None
