Minimum Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of practice
• Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy
• Minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Experience working in an acute care setting within the past 12 months as a pharmacist in the specialty area

Assignment Details:

• Shift Hours: 0800-0430
