Description

Title: Pharmacist – Acute Care Hospital

📍 Location: Kingman, AZ
💊 Position: Pharmacist
🏥 Setting: Acute Care / Inpatient Hospital

Schedule

5 days/week – 8-hour shifts
Rotating shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM
Every other weekend
No on-call

Requirements

Education:

PharmD required

Licensure:

Arizona Pharmacist License highly preferred

Certifications:

BLS required
IV Admixture Certificate required – ACPE accredited
Sterile Compounding Certificate required – ACPE accredited

Experience:

Acute care inpatient pharmacy experience required
Local candidates accepted
